I absolutely LOVE this
Stone-Ground Wheat Bread recipe. Eating it, baking it, toasting it, smelling it, and sharing it! This week's batch of bread turned out lovely. Smooth texture, great flavor. Yum yum!
Bread Recipe:
1 1/4 cup water
1 TB yeast
2 TB sugar
2 TB oil
2 Tsp salt
3 1/2 cups (approx) wheat flour
1-2 TB Vital Wheat Gluten
1/8 scant Tsp lemon juice OR 1 vitamin C crushed to a fine powder
